The language and format of the manuscript have to be carefully checked. The citations are poorly formatted, e.g. what is ENV 2019?

I have gone through all of the references and put them into ET&C style. ENV was used as an abbreviation in the reference list in Schwarz and Tillmans 2019, but in the report than ENV 2019 refers to, the listed citation is: British Columbia Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Strategy, 2019. Suggest we use that in the first case where it appears in as ENV in the text. In the second example it is easy, just delete ENV:
‘been adopted by the BC Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Strategy (ENV 2019) ‘
